This position is responsible for the development and implementation of a scalable Enterprise Big Data solution to address FedEx business and IT strategies by collecting, hosting, and enabling access to key enterprise data that has been underutilized. Additionally, the position is responsible for the management and maintenance of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, including the support of critical product and marketing data stores. This position requires an exceptional business focused individual to take on and drive the long term challenge of Big Data at FedEx forward. This role is not about architecting data or designing databases, but rather over seeing these projects with a keen technical eye to pioneering a forward looking solution to methodically define the strategy that will enable visibility to untapped data.
